Ivan Abashev

My patient name's is Ivan Abashev. Yesterday, he com[lained that he got vomiting with headaches. He also had diarrhoea. He was on addmisssion at the hospital because he had severe abdominal pain and high fever. This morning, he looks weakness and shivering. He is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in his left side abdomen.
